These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, offers, orders, and agreements made by or with Qbig Packaging B.V. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms in full, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
All quotations are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Orders are only considered final once confirmed in writing by Qbig Packaging. We reserve the right to make changes to product specifications due to technical advancements or compliance updates.
All prices are in euros and exclude VAT, transport, and other applicable duties unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are 30 days net from the invoice date. In the event of late payment, Qbig Packaging reserves the right to charge statutory interest and administrative fees.
Delivery times are estimates and not legally binding unless explicitly agreed. Qbig Packaging is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, third-party failure, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of goods transfers upon delivery to the carrier.
Goods may only be returned after written approval from Qbig Packaging. Complaints must be reported within 5 working days after receipt of goods. Approved returns must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Custom-made products are non-refundable.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to production downtime, loss of profit, or third-party claims.
All technical drawings, designs, and product specifications remain the property of Qbig Packaging and may not be reproduced or shared without prior written consent.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. All disputes arising from the agreement shall be exclusively submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
