At its core, the valve features precision-cut, moon-shaped air release holes, specifically designed to allow controlled, efficient evacuation of trapped air during the filling or dispensing process—without compromising product integrity or causing bag distortion. A key innovation is its one-twist cap mechanism: the cap unlocks with a single turn, allowing airflow, yet remains securely attached to the valve body. This eliminates the risk of misplacement or contamination associated with removable caps. The Air Release-33 is easy to seal on the liner bag, because of the polyethylene body.
