COMPANY USE CASE
Products: Soy sauce (up to 90°C), sweet-and-sour sauce (warm), chili sauce (warm), sambal
Container: Foldable IBC containers (square and rectangular footprint).
Liner: 1.000L Pillow Liner with a 2” BSP cuttable membrane and 2” BSP filling cap.
Process: Filling time approx. 15–20 minutes, under regular operator supervision. During filling, support is required to ensure the film unfolds properly. Unfolding after the first 100L and again after 500L is important to achieve full 1.000L capacity.
Emptying process: Dependent on whether the product is filled internally or externally. Internally on the bottle line, varying from 40–60 minutes.
