CONTEXT & COMPANY SITUATION

Producer of sauces and seasonings, working with a broad range of liquid products such as soy sauce, sweet-and-sour sauce, chili sauce and sambal. For filling liquids in bulk, the company uses Pillow Liners in combination with foldable IBCs. Production conditions vary from room temperature to heated products of approximately 90°C.

OBJECTIVE

To validate that 1.000L Pillow Liners are suitable for the efficient and safe filling of sauces at various temperatures and viscosities, and that the process runs consistently and cost-effectively.
