Our Conical Seal Technology (CST) valve in combination with our barrier films, and Easyfill or Free Flow Gusset liners offer the ideal combination to replace the stainless-steel tanks, even for the low-acid aseptic products. The product can be filled and discharged using the existing infrastructure of aseptic machines, like GEA, using the CST valve or fill by an ELPO filler through a 1” ELPO spout.

Our barrier films make sure the product is preserved in the right way, and under the right circumstances. It is fully equipped to meet the dairy industry’s standards. For the non-aseptic market, our liners equipped with DIN11851 threads (“Dairy threads”) are an ideal solution. These connect seamlessly to the existing infrastructure of most dairy factories and are therefore ready to use. For (mainly) the US market, fitments equipped with ‘Tri-Clover’ connections are available.
